I can't find my account? 
On the login page you will be directed to sign in or sign up. More than likely you cannot find your account because you haven't made one (yes, even if you have a lash subscription). Create an account with the email you previously used to place your orders. From there you will be able to manage your account.

When will I be charged?
Subscriptions are charged on the date of initial purchase and charged on the 15th of each month moving forward. 

When will I get my shirt?
Subscriptions ship out at the end of each month. You can expect to receive your shirt before the beginning of the following month. Shipping may vary and this does not apply to international orders. 

How does the shirt fit?
We've found a relaxed fit is more universally flattering. Stick with a size you would feel comfortable wearing in a relaxed style.

How do I change my subscription size? 
Make sure you have created an account. Once you have logged in, you will see the option to manage your subscription. After selecting that, you will see the product title, as well as “Actions” on the far right side. Select the “Edit” option. Select “Change Product Variant.” From the drop down, select the size you want to change your subscription to. Be sure to save your changes. Once the change is saved, your webpage will refresh and reflect your size change. All sizing changes need to be made by the 10th of each month. 

How do I update my payment information?
Make sure you have created an account. Once you have logged in, you will see the option to manage your subscription. Select "Edit" on the far right side. You will be brought to a page with your product information as well as your payment information. Immediately below you will see an option to "Update Payment Information." Please make any payment adjustments by the 10th of the month.

How do I cancel my subscription? 
Make sure you have created an account. Once you have logged in, you will see the option to manage your subscription. After selecting that, you will see the product title, as well as “Cancel” on the far right side. After selecting “Cancel,” you will be taken through a series of prompts to ensure your subscription has been cancelled. Please cancel before the 15th or you will get that month’s shirt and be charged. 

How do I reactive my subscription? 
Make sure you have created an account. Once you have logged in, you will see the option to manage your subscription. After selecting that, you will see the product title, as well as “Reactive” on the far right side.
