On the login page you will be directed to sign in or sign up. More than likely you cannot find your account because you haven't made one (yes, even if you have a lash subscription). Create an account with the email you previously used to place your orders. From there you will be able to manage your account.

Orders can take up to 5 business days to ship out, but we always do our best to ship them out as soon as possible. If you want your order rushed, please email sales@dearlashlove.com to make the request.

Once your package leaves Dear, Lash + Love Headquarters, it is up to USPS to deliver the items to you. If your item is missing or says delivered when it hasn't been delivered, please contact the post office.

Exchanges can be made within 7 days, you are responsible for shipping your item back to us. Please email sales@dearlashlove.com with your name, order number, shipping address and desired item, so we can make sure it is in stock. Looking for information about returns and exchanges? Look here.
Sizing may vary based on style and fit of apparel. Please read the product description and recommendations before placing your order to ensure you choose the correct size. When in doubt, ORDER UP!

We're sorry you didn't love what you ordered. Please reach out to sales@dearlashlove.com with your order number and the product(s) you'd like to exchange and we'll take care of the rest.

We gladly accept EXCHANGES as long as the items are unworn and returned back to us within 14 days of purchase. Order # must be provided to place an exchange. Customer is responsible for shipping the unworn product(s) back to us and for shipping the exchange product(s). 

PLEASE NOTE: Subscription shirts are printed monthly which reduces stock. If you would like to exchange a subscription shirt, keep in mind stock is limited and may not be available.

Here’s how it works: you order, we process, then we ship.

Ordering takes a few seconds. Processing can take up to 5 business days to ship out. Then one of our carriers takes it from there. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. It’s on the way!

*Please note: we ship via USPS which means normally your package will be delivered in a few days once it has been picked up from DLL headquarters. Once the package is in transit it is out of our hands, literally. This means it is up to USPS to get it to you. There have been more and more delays with the post, so we want to thank you for your patience!

Dear Lash + Love currently ships to the 50 states, Puerto Rico, Canada, the UK, the Republic of Ireland, Sweden, Denmark and France. You may experience longer delivery times when shipping internationally and remote areas up north in Canada.

We offer two shipping speeds, because sometimes you can wait and sometimes you can’t.

You might experience a few extra days in shipping timelines. Shipping to these states will take about 11-15 business days.

Sorry about that! In a few cases, the carrier takes 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please reach out to us as soon as you can via sales@dearlashlove.com We can give you the inside info.

(Your account login is the email you used to sign up and a unique password your created) If it is saying invalid or no account, this means you did not actually create one when you signed up! Not to worry, simply use the email address you purchased your order with and create a unique password. Once you are logged in you will go to “actions” (from a phone you will need to scroll to see the whole screen) under actions go to edit and you can change all information there.

This could be for many reasons such as an incorrect address, change of address, unable to forward etc. If for any reason your package is returned to us at Dear Lash + Love, we will hold on to your package for 30 days. After the 30 days your order will be added back into our inventory to be resold. Please email us if you have any questions!

Subscriptions are charged on the date of initial purchase and charged on the 15th of each month moving forward.

Subscriptions ship out at the end of each month. You can expect to receive your shirt before the beginning of the following month. Shipping may vary and this does not apply to international orders. 

We've found a relaxed fit is more universally flattering. Stick with a size you would feel comfortable wearing in a relaxed style.

Make sure you have created an account. Once you have logged in, you will see the option to manage your subscription. After selecting that, you will see the product title, as well as “Actions” on the far right side. Select the “Edit” option. Select “Change Product Variant.” From the drop down, select the size you want to change your subscription to. Be sure to save your changes. Once the change is saved, your webpage will refresh and reflect your size change. All sizing changes need to be made by the 10th of each month.

You will be brought to a page with your product information as well as your payment information. Immediately below you will see an option to "Update Payment Information." Please make any payment adjustments by the 10th of the month.

After selecting “Cancel,” you will be taken through a series of prompts to ensure your subscription has been cancelled. Please cancel before the 15th or you will get that month’s shirt and be charged.

The following size chart is based off a relaxed style shirt and is a suggested sizing guide for true to size fit.

Lorena is 5’5 34C and 135 lbs and wears a medium true to fit, large for tucked in loose style and XL oversized tucked out style with leggings.
